Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:

Directions:

1. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, one at a time, mixing between each addition. Add salt, dissolved yeast, warm milk. Mix well.

2. Add flour, knead until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in volume.

3. Roll out on a floured board until dough is 1/4 inch thick, in an oblong sheet about 9 inches wide. Brush well with melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

4. Roll up like a jelly roll. Cut into 1 inch pieces. Brush sides with melted butter. Place cut side down in a shallow, buttered pan. Brush tops with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar if desired. NOTE: rolls can be stored in this state in refrigerator until it's time to bake and serve them.

5. Bake at 350F for about 20 to 25 minutes, until rolls rise and are light. Drizzle with glaze and serve.
