Mango Chicken

Ingredients:



Directions:

1. Heat oil in a frying pan, add chicken parts and saute until chicken is brown on all sides. Drain off fat.

2. Add soy sauce and garlic to chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook on low heat until chicken is almost tender.

3. Add mango slices and cook uncovered for about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
