Peachy Pound Cake

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour a 10" tube pan.

2. In a large bowl, cream sugar and butter, until light and fluffy.

3. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and almond extract.

4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Fold in sour cream and peaches.

5. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 75 to 85 minutes, using toothpick test to check when done.

6. Dust with confectioner's sugar.
