Summer Berry Pie

Ingredients:



Directions:

1. Mix sugar and cornstarch in a medium saucepan. Gradually stir in water until smooth.

2. Stirring constantly, cook mixture over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil; boil one minute (mixture will thicken significantly.) Remove from heat.

3. Stir in gelatin until completely dissolved. Cool to room temperature.

4. Stir in berries, pour into crust. Refrigerate for three hours, or until firm. Garnish with whipped topping.

Note: Frozen berries work just as well as fresh, and are actually easier to work with.
